[help] ChapterNumbers and SectionNumbers

i need to make chapter looks like this:

Chapter I title

1.1. Section 1
....
Chapter II title

2.1. Section 1
------------------

but if i change @ChapterNumbers to UCRoman, it turns out like this:

Chapter I title

I.1 Section 1
.....
Chapter II title

II.2 Section 2
-------------------

basicly i want Chapter number to be Roman and Section number to be
Arabic.Arabic not Roman.Arabic.

can lout do this?
